I am excited to back at Trinity Software and working with our amazing team. Trinity Software is a niche SaaS leader in the Direct Sales industry. They made a name for themselves by creating one of the most robust CRM tools ever launched for companies who choose to take their product/service to market leveraging a direct sales approach. We also work with Shopify and have an integration with them for affiliate/influencer programs. My daily activities consist of providing online or in-person demos, working with technical teams to identify requirements, mapping those requirements to the appropriate Trinity Software deployment model, working with our developers to understand custom components, generating proposals, and prospecting into both start up's and established companies. Because we were a SaaS player that delivered our services from an internally managed infrastructure, many of the questions were around our datacenter and architecture. I worked with our engineering teams to ensure our customers felt comfortable trusting their mission-critical applications with us. With our new Shopify integration, I have already landed five new clients within my 1st month working back at Trinity Software.

In business for over 15 years, Central Renovation Solutions cabinet upgrades provide the option of cabinet refacing rather than replacing cabinetry. Our focus is to serve the multi-family industry; however, we also serve other commercial venues and residences. I oversee the development of all CRS websites and marketing. By utilizing social media and SEO ranking, I was able to increase website traffic growth which helped increase the amount of leads the company received. Some of my other responsibilities are brand development and software implementation for our daily business operations.

Because we were a SaaS player that delivered our services from an internally managed infrastructure, many of the questions were around our datacenter and architecture. I worked with our engineering teams to ensure our customers felt comfortable trusting their mission critical applications with us. Although the sales cycles can be lengthy, I successfully landed 3 new logo's within my first 120 days at the company, a new company record.

Because Security Monitoring is highly commoditized, our sales approach needed to be unique. As a startup we had the opportunity to approach the business differently then our older less agile competitors. Working as a player/coach I focussed on building the internal sales methodology while maintaining the top sales position in the company 3 years straight. I was later asked to drive a flank approach which was to utilize Social Media. Leveraging SEO and Google maps I was able to increase traffic substantially which had an immediate impact to our top line revenues. Within 3 years we successfully earned a position as one of the 500 fastest growth companies.
