I'm currently an associate at Singh, Singh & Trauben, LLP and focus on all areas of intellectual property disputes, including trade secret, copyright and trademark infringement, as well as general and complex, high-stakes business disputes, including entertainment, new media and technology. My diverse litigation practice has allowed me to represent plaintiffs and defendants in the technology, software, manufacturing, entertainment, and retail industries. I have successfully prosecuted and defended, among others, claims for copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, fraud, false advertising, unfair competition, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties and defamation.I received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, where I was a member of the San Diego Journal of Climate & Energy Law. I also served as the President of the Environmental Law Society, whereby I assisted with administering USD’s Annual Climate & Energy Law Symposium. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.
