Recruiting Manager – Southeast, Central, Great Lakes, Federal Services and and Holdings DivisionsResponsible for development of staffing plans and recruiting strategies for the Southeast, Central, Federal and Holdings Divisions to ensure that Division and Organizational goals and objectives are met or exceeded.Develop key relationships with Senior Executives, Division Presidents, Office Leaders and Line Leadership, as well as A&E industry and academic leaders.Recruit candidates for mid, senior and executive level positions through sourcing, cold calls and networking to increase revenue and company profitability.Responsible for the management and professional development of a national recruiting team through coaching, performance reviews, 1:1 meetings, industry trainings and workshops.Provide strategic consulting to business leaders on recruiting, organization development, employee retention, compensation, benefits, relocation and internal HR process issues.Track team metrics and recruitment compliance throughout recruiting process.Talent Acquisition Representative / Human Resources - Southeast DivisionResponsible for recruiting activities for Southeast Division and Firm wide strategic initiatives ranging from entry-level to executive level hires.Manage full-cycle recruiting process from requisition creation, conducting candidate interviews, negotiating offers and on-boarding of candidates.Assist in ensuring compliance with corporate HR policies and procedures, compensation, benefits administration, recruiting, staffing, training and employee relations.Provide human resource guidance and coaching to eight HR Contacts located in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia.Responsible for marketing and business development at career fairs, trade shows and society meetings.Assisted in decreasing Time to Fill Ratio from 84 to 45 Days.
