Over the past ten months, I have started on a great adventure writing the story of the Australian Olympic Team and their time in London on their way to the Helsinki 1952 Olympics and their experiences in Helsinki. The research is fascinating, the interviews revealing and the overall experience of living part of my father's life through his diary, memorabilia and the friends he had across the whole team is enlivening. Much of the research has been completed and the writing is no consuming many hours per day. I have found a new enthusiasm and will publish some chapters and stories of interest to distract some of you from the excitement (or boredom) of business life. It is a great ride and living in the early 1950s through the book is revealing! I am still very much involved with The Roling Fix as it moves more into the incredible growth area of eBikes. My distant past in the IT industry has been interesting and a great deal of fun. From 1986 to 2015 was a great ride.
