I was the acting kitchen manager for the food services at Garnishes Catering, a part of the Brockport Auxiliary Service Corp. I worked with the full and part time staff to coordinate food orders for contracts and events. I also was responsible for taking inventory, processing and sorting incoming food and produce orders, and coordinating staff members during events.
