Successfully combined UX Designers, UI Engineers, and Product Owners (Nurse Practitioner, Pharm D, several RNs, Lab Tech, Pharm Tech, etc) to form one cohesive User Experience Team. Led design efforts on new generation of Order Management (CPOE).Led quarterly Physician Advisory Board meetings.Worked closely with Chief Medical Officer on prioritization and workflows. Worked closely with all departments (Sales, Services, Account Management) to promote our products.Led all Show and Tells, Customer engagements, and Beta Installs.Member of Senior Leadership Team.

Built a User Experience team from scratch which included Interactive Designers, Visual Designers, UI Engineers, and Usability Researchers.Led Design team on next generation Physician Documentation tool that generated eight-figure sales within nine months of launch.Trained physicians, nurses, administrators, and super users on new products.Member of Senior Leadership Team.
