Acquisition, development and disposition of FedEx World Service Center's in the US. Strategic team leader of the FedEx-Kinko’s acquisition project. Team lead for the creation of an online, web based capital and lease expenditure request system (eCLEAR) and Global Real Estate Management system (GREMS). Identified and attained savings in excess of $3 million through early renewals, relocations, consolidations and reductions of square footage.

Responsible for new store expansion in New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Negotiated all aspects of contracts for Purchase and Sale, Lease and Ground Lease.
