Mr. Spangler began his tenure with ITSENCLOSURES on the date Fulham & Co., a Boston based Investment Banking Concern, purchased the company from two local entrepreneurs. Initially hired as the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Spangler was progressively promoted to Executive Vice President in 1997 and President of the organization in 2000. In 2007, Mr. Spangler retained his position as President and added CEO. He was also invited into ownership of the firm at that time. In 2016, Mr. Spangler purchased the remaining equity from his partners. ITSENCLOSURES is a Pennsylvania based closely held corporation. Prior to Mr. Spangler's engagement with ITSENCLOSURES, he held various executive management positions with RJ Lee Group, Inc., Contraves, Inc. and Concurrent Technologies Corporation specializing in the financial aspects of U.S. government contract negotiation, large bid and proposal preparation, and post contract compliance functions.
