Born and raised in 1980s New York City, being a straight shooter is just part of my DNA. My first foray into the world of project and program management was with a construction company. That blue collar ethos fueled a “get it done” attitude. This attitude served me well when I made the move into healthcare IT. Serving in roles spanning IT service desk, project management, and executive leadership; I honed my approach to strategy and team building. Serving a set of people obsessed with doing the right thing, I became acutely aware of how to identify pain points – things like redundant work and alert fatigue. It was also where I dipped my toes in the waters of applying newer technology at the time in novel ways.As it turns out, those pain points and inclination towards innovation translate across industries. Later jumping into manufacturing IT with a focus on digital transformation and program management, I came to understand that the only good process is a sustainable one. Leading the Microsoft 365 Adoption program, pushing automation wherever possible (and democratizing the capability to do so!), and using HoloLens mixed reality technology to help construction of a new manufacturing facility half a world away are good examples of what I was involved in. Those experiences helped develop the passion and mindset that have carried me ever-since - especially now, as I find myself in a role where I'm able to leverage that knowledge and experience to advise clients on transforming and improving their environments.I love networking and building meaningful personal and professional relationships; so please feel free to connect via LinkedIn.
