Only full-time engineer. Duties include:-Organizing engineering data-Maintaining current products (Autodesk Inventor)-Developing new products (Autodesk Inventor)-Generating and maintaining CNC programs (CIM-Tech RouterCIM Automation Suite)-Traveling to project sites, managing project sites, training installers-Purchasing, handle PO's for prototype parts (E2 Shop System)-Quoting new products, working with suppliers, cost-reduction, cost-engineering-On-site support at trade shows-Time studies, manufacturing engineering, poka-yoke, lean manufacturing-Photo-realistic rendering for marketing (Autodesk Inventor)-FEA / Dynamic Simulation (Autodesk Inventor)-Extensive workflow automation (Inventor iLogic)-Competent design experience:___-Plastic injection molding (ABS, PP)___-Cast aluminum___-Steel laser/tube laser/bend/weld/stamping___-Thermoforming

Worked with Van Straten family on a few projects. Most notably of these being the complete mechanical design of a PV (solar) deployment packaged in a typical 40' shipping container. I collaborated with CAT on this project, who handled the electrical side of things. We are now on the second revision, and I work on it when I have free time.
