Oversee daily operations of 5 software application development teams consisting of 35-40 on and offshore technical professionals who develop, maintain, and support technology solutions for a rapidly expanding $7B+ revenue wholesale distribution organization with over 7k employees across 635+ locations, including a $1B+ revenue supply chain network of 6 distribution centers, spanning nearly 1M square feet of warehouse space.Engaging business stakeholders, executive sponsors, technical professionals, consultants and professional services utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies to create, enhance, maintain, and modernize custom ERP software applications in the Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Item Data Management domains, as well as implementing and managing third party platforms for distribution center warehouse management.Delivering innovation and efficiency gains through emerging technology projects, such as using drones for commercial deliveries and predictive analytics to improve purchasing behavior and inventory management.
