I served as a consultant with the Survey Research and Analytics Center (SRC) at Deloitte. At the SRC, I conducted survey research for various Federal agencies, including surveys of health-related behaviors, employee engagement, and digital maturity.

I worked with colleagues to produce a geostatistical database which contains information on immigration generally, and the economic/familial characteristics of immigrants in the United States. All data were provided by the US Census Bureau, the USGS, and other organizations specializing in GIS. I was also involved in a collaborative analysis of the gender wage gap among immigrants who work in STEM fields. This research is published in Gender in the Twenty-First Century: The Stalled Revolution and the Road Toward Equality (2017), edited by Shannon Davis, Sarah Winslow, and David Maume.

I collaborated with research staff to create an online geographic database that allows clergy to view demographic change at various levels of United Methodist geography in the U.S. This database also maps the location of all United Methodist congregations in the U.S., including cross-racial and cross-cultural congregations.I also assisted in survey design, survey analysis, and the analysis of qualitative interview data for several institutional reports.

I collected survey data for applied sociological research and participated in community action research projects. I also analyzed many years of American Community Survey and Decennial Census data.
