About Joshua Vause

My passion, my why if you will, is helping people. To me, there is no greater reward than making a meaningful difference in the life of another person. I have taken that passion and applied it to my career as a Sales Professional and Sales Leader in the Legal services space for the past decade. I have partnered with hundreds of Law Firms in the Southeast, mostly Plaintiff Personal Injury Firms, helping them grow their practice and succeed in an ever-expanding competitive landscape. I spent 8 years at the largest Legal Marketing Agency in the Country, FindLaw (a part of Thomson Reuters) where I helped firms develop their digital marketing strategy from the ground up, build their online brand, and in many cases 10x their firms’ revenues. Prior to joining the Esquire Bank Team, I spent 2 years in the lien resolution and subrogation space, partnering with Attorneys, Paralegals, Case Managers, and the like to help them streamline their workflow and expedite disbursements. Given my unique background, I have an unusual understanding of what it takes for a contingency fee law firm to succeed from the inception of a new client case, at intake, all the way through to the end of the case at disbursement. I know firsthand how a firms case costs and lumpy revenue cycle can cause cash flow issues for even the most successful firms. I truly understand the unique nature of a contingency fee law firm, I understand their process, and I understand the unique challenges they face day in and day out as they try to run their business. I was thrilled to join the Esquire Bank team in 2023 because they are truly revolutionizing the way contingency fee law firms run their business, fund their cases, and scale. When I’m not working with attorneys, I am spending time with my beautiful wife Carly, my four beautiful children Brody, Lola, Jackson, and Stella, and my Golden Doodle, Milo and cat Saddie. Much of my spare time is taken up at the baseball field, as I have coached youth baseball for the past decade, since playing myself all the way through College.
