Responsible for global sales and marketing at G.E.T Educational Tours, Australia’s leading Educational Tour provider. Managing a team of eight sales staff in offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Queensland.

Customer Sales Manager.I was employed with a specific remit to completely overhaul how the Customer Sales Team (call centre for direct clients) operated, and to change the department to a sales-focused team that delivered 10/10 customer service

I enjoyed a very diverse role at GVI managing the office, sales team, and contributing to the outreach program. I helped increase the Australasian market from around 210 to 500 volunteers a year. My main achievements included:-• Recruiting, training and managing a highly successful team of staff and interns• Leading the Melbourne office to become the most efficient in the group• Working successfully with staff from a wide range of different cultures• Establishing and build partnerships with partner organisations• Representing GVI at national volunteer conferences and global conferences• Developing relationships with schools and universities to promote GVI to students and staff• Giving presentations about GVI and its volunteering program options• Delivering training webinars to staff and partner companies• Designing and writing a number of training manuals and other GVI polices• Managing all GVI Australia’s legal and financial matters• Shaping GVI’s global sales strategy • Instilling a culture of excellent customer service
