Primarily responsible for the overall management and performance of the property management team at Berkeley Partners. In order to do so, I will work with team members across all departments to develop and implement best practices across the organization. Some duties and objectives will include: Responsible for accuracy and timely delivery of all property level reporting; Sign off on CAM reconciliations; Manage Property Tax appeals across the portfolio. Work with national and local vendors to ensure optimal outcome on appeal process; Partner with asset management to ensure compliance with property level business plans across the portfolio; Ensure portfolio wide compliance with firm risk management program – including tenant and vendors; Participate in insurance renewal process
