Moved to London and owned all customer-facing products, including consumer mobile app, marketing website, customer support, and growth. Managed 3 PMs and led 15+ FTE product org from Series A to B for quick commerce startup backed by Lightspeed ($300M+ raised to date). Led end-to-end redesign of the mobile shopping app, including product search, catalogue ranking, recommendations, checkout, order tracking, collections, and launched Zapp Boutique 0-1.

Led product across learn-try-buy-adopt for Zendesk’s self-serve business. Drove $20M revenue growth by leading a 30+ FTE team to improve self-serve conversion for SMBs and expansion for enterprises. Went 0-1 to build personalized buying experience and product recommendations for Zendesk self-serve free trialers, created conversational UI designed to replicate a sales conversation with a customer.

Led growth across acquisition, activation, and retention for LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Achieved 168K all-time high signups in a quarter and reached 1M+ subscribers by building ML targeting and contextual upsells to create first-ever product-led growth motion for Sales Navigator on LinkedIn across mobile & web.Member of 6-person 2018 class of the LinkedIn strategy & analytics rotational program (<0.1% acceptance rate). Rotated across LinkedIn's consumer, jobs, advertising, and sales product lines.
