My role was to build an internal product named Network Management that made available a certain amount of tools to the transportation and operation teams so as to manage the logistic network of each country as a hole. The product provided a tool to manage aspects such as, capacity of the network, network routes with the steps of each route, network speeds step by step and the different origins where we colected the shipments as well as the destinations. The network management product has 4… Show more My role was to build an internal product named Network Management that made available a certain amount of tools to the transportation and operation teams so as to manage the logistic network of each country as a hole. The product provided a tool to manage aspects such as, capacity of the network, network routes with the steps of each route, network speeds step by step and the different origins where we colected the shipments as well as the destinations. The network management product has 4 aplications, divided in 3 developer teams, each with a UX representative. My role was that of a product owner of each team, leading the backlog prioritization, discoveries and analysis to achieve the business goals. The product is the core of Mercado Envios and builds the logic of the life of each shipment. Due to this, it is enabler for most of the projects of MercadoLibres shipping network. Show less
