Sales- Assist in recruitment/sales for all Marquee Hoops team/camp events- Managing/Directing in-event operations and on court execution of events - Help with team communication for each individual event - Creating invoices and communication with teams in regards to payments (In accordance with Financial Director)Operations- Assistance with directing & hiring event staff with Manager of Ops (trainers, security, scorekeepers, court monitors, registration, merch, etc.)- Assist in ensuring all flights, transportation, and lodging is booked and within budget - Managing on court operations during events including referees, timers/scorers, crowd control, and game operations
