Senior Analyst, Business Analysis & Insights
Current• Primary focus is managing parts escalations from HVAC/R field-based technicians. This supportincludes sourcing, providing order updates, and order entry and will also support improving lead timeof parts to HVAC/R technicians by proactively sourcing parts from suppliers with improved lead times.Drives cost improvement into the business by seeking lower cost items with same form, fit, andfunction.• Analyzes and ensures accuracy of information by creating, maintaining, and evaluating data; comparingdata with third-party information, budgets, or actual results; analyzing and researching risks orcompliance concerns; analyzing financial data, key performance indicators, and metrics; evaluatingtrends and reviewing results for accuracy; utilizing financial models, plans, and tools; and conductinganalyses for special and recurring projects.
