Responsible for working as part of a team to perform emergency services and contents restoration work while adhering to company policies and procedures regarding remediation. Supervising crew members and other employees on job sites, including packing customers' contents, general on-location cleaning, HVAC cleaning and deodorization of facilities, assisting with the inventory of site contents, set up of emergency services equipment, preparing contents for storage.

Provide retail and professional installer customers with a high level of customer service. Support management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks including maintaining inventory control and store appearance.
