Receive and Send out shipments, ensure quality of products are intact upon arrival. Perform daily counts of products to keep an accurate count on all items as much as possible. Keep all products updated on price changes. Ensure customers are receiving the correct product in a timely manner. Answer phone calls and take care of the customer’s issues both over the phone and in person.Keep inventory organized and in a secure place. Replace stolen/defective devices out on the sales floor. Locate missing products and trace back all transactions with that missing device. Help customers find the complete solutionin products, sell warranties for their protection.

Perform graveyard duties in a timely manner to ensure customers receive full attention and services. Graveyard duties include but are not limited to; Wipe down all windows inside and out, take out all trash from inside store and outside and clean dumpster area if needed, change out water in tanks near gas pumps for window cleaning purposes, wipe down all gas pumps, sweep and pick up trash in parking area and around the entire store, make sure coffee is made fresh every few hours and keep it as full as possible, restock all areas of store that needs restocking, restock fridge and ensure food is made fresh and always prepared for the customers, drop cash in safe when cash drawer is exceeding allowed amount, ring up customers and help them find everything they may need, preform money orders, check in and receive shipments, restock shipped goods.

Monitor club areas and floors to ensure everyone's safety. Check I.D's at entrance
and bars for minors and underage consumers. Escort out any problems that may conflict harm
to themselves or others. Enforce safety and individuals alcohol consumption is not abused greatly. Maintain positive flow and energy amongst guest and employees.

Constantly update my knowledge with all tools and power tools so that my customers may be well informed. Restock the floor when needed and update prices. Become well informed with our warranty packages such as; pricing, coverage, deductibles, replacements and repairs. Receive shipment and unload trucks throughout the shift. Place products in designated location. Scan each product upon receiving to keep accurate counts of inventory on selected items. Provide great customer service at pick up location. Retrieve products for customer's online orders and or large items purchased in store. Load and unload customer's vehicle with product if needed.

Operate forklift and preform tasks thereof such as, (not limited to); Bring pallets of; product, materials, pallets, machines, bins, etc... Load trucks with; pallets, bins (empty or with product). load bin dumpers with product and take empty bins out to load next. Consistently stay productive with forklift and stay prepared with items I may need. When few minutes of forklift not being needed, I stay productive and help out the production laborers with, stacking pallets, operating machines, fixing problems on production line, etc…

Operates Krones Sleevermatic, Krones Sleevermatic 2 and Krones Labeler. along with managing various machines on production line. Distribute breaks along with lunch breaks. Maintenance on machines during downtime or machine failures. Order Parts and tools to provide efficiency of machines and lines running. Regulate Line/Machine productivity. Clear jams. Adjust Machines and lines for best production efficiency. I often help out with production lines as well, such as, not limited to, stacking pallets with finished products, cleaning lines, training new productions laborers, etc…

Manage team/shift. Open/Close store. Weekly store inventory including rotation of items. Produce and manage outside sales. Train team members. Manage store daily/weekly sales. Provide excellent customer service.

Consult clients with financial control, generate clients, keep in touch with and update clients on their home loan status, manage online marketing, approve or deny clients for home loans, set appointments and meetings with/for clients.
