Supervise a residence hall complex and manage a team of peer educators including crisis response, program development and staff mentoring. Develop and execute a tailored residential education programming model involving collaboration with campus partners, budgeting, and effective program management. Plan and implement campus-wide programming focused on developing social connections for new community members and bolstering ties to the institution.Lead staff-focused programing surrounding DEIB trainings and workshops focused on operationalizing the institution’s equity goals. Advised Resident Assistant team on executing DEIB programming in the hall including assessment and effective program management. Participate in the hiring and selection process for over 50+ Resident Assistants (RA) focusing on identifying needed skillsets, ability to perform job requirements and cultural connection to the department. Train and directly supervise a team of Resident Assistants involving assessing job performance, holding staff members accountable, and effectively managing RA monthly job duties. Support the implementation of administrative-heavy departmental processes including but not limited to weekly room changes, move in/move out procedures and submitting relevant reports. Serve on a residential complex emergency management crisis response team including around the clock care, student support and policy implementation. Support residents through empathetic and effective advising focusing on academic success, holistic care and developing resiliency. Execute low-level conduct conversations with residents at the direction of the Conduct Office.

Support for students in both first year and upper-class environments including holistic care, proper referral to supervisor/campus partners and policy implementation.Plan and operationalize a student-centered programming model including executing large and small-scale events tailored to resident’s developmental progress. Serve on an on-call emergency response rotation involving crisis management, policy implementation and student support.

Supervise a team of staff focusing on meeting deadlines, departmental requirements, and quality control. Manage a project budget involving transparent and responsible accounting. Uphold and evaluate departmental safety regulations focusing on liability mitigation.
