“Food always tastes the same”“Cooking is complicated”This 👆 are some of the comments I hear every day and pushed me as a gastronomer to be more creative. 🔎 After investigating trends, making tests, sampling, checking different options and focus groups I managed to develop a variety of products and culinary experiences. 👨‍🔬 What have I done during my 4 years in the gastronomy sector?1. Investigating and developing flavor profiles to offer a healthy portfolio of frozen goods and ready to eat at home. - Black bean and plantain patties- Chickpea and red bell pepper patties- Lentils and carrot with roasted tomatoes sauce - Lemon frozen bites- Low glycemic index granola in two different mixes.2. Menu design for restaurant and deliveries.- Lentil and carrot hamburguer- Soy bean and pumpkin hamburguer- Quinua and spinach hamburguer- Black bean and plantain hamburger. 🧙 How did I Manage to go from 0 to 20,000 units sold? Planning and executing:🔹Having a creative process and defining a flavor profile. 🔹Developing samples varying concentrations of each raw material.🔹Test the products with customers and potential customers to define the most attractive sample. 🔹Standardize the product for the final consumer always offering the same experience when eating it.🔹Develop the image as well as the brand of the product.🔹Launch of the product and commercial activation on stores and key spots.
