We were able to eliminate billing headcount, reduced AR Days in house, and improved customer satisfaction by reducing revised billing/Invoicing.Lead teams responsible for the stabilization and Modernization of the Rx Returns Platform used by over 1,000 associates in a 1 million sq ft facility responsible for 90% of US Hospital Drug Returns. Part of the Services included the submission and processing of Manufacturing Credits associated with the returns totaling $500M, annually. The platform was modernized to support 3 shifts, improved compliance reporting to DEA for controlled substances, improved visibility of returns by expanding customer Portals, and created a Platform to process Credits and disbursed payments to Hospitals, reducing processing time of Manufacturer Credits. -
