Brigade S1 for an Armored Brigade Combat Team comprised of three combined arms battalions, one armored reconnaissance squadron, a fires battalion, a brigade support battalion, a brigade engineer battalion supporting over 4,191 Soldiers; responsible for advising the Command Group and subordinate unit commanders and S1 personnel on human resources issues involving readiness, personnel accounting, strength reporting, essential personnel services, and casualty and replacement operations; coordinates Soldier Readiness Processing and maintains a working knowledge of all personnel tracking and reporting systems; leads and mentors a combat ready HR section consisting of one HR Tech, one strength manager officer, four NCOs and eight junior Soldiers.

1st Cavalry Division Chief of Essential Personnel Services for a Division of over 25,800 Soldiers. Managed the administrative actions of three Armored Brigade Combat Teams, one Stryker Regiment, one Air Cavalry Brigade, one Artillery Brigade, and the Division HHBn in support of garrison operations and multiple deployments and TDY rotations, to include Afghanistan, Kuwait, Korea, Germany and Africa. Responsible for the Division's awards and actions tracking, as well as the monthly Personnel Readiness Review (PRR), and PCS/TCS orders. Responsible for three NCOs, three junior Soldiers, and over watch of the G1 Plans and Operations section.

Serves as Squadron Personnel Officer/Adjutant for an Armored Reconnaissance Squadron located at Fort Hood, Texas. Responsible for providing personnel and administrative support to over 550 Soldiers. Responsible for personnel strength management, accounting, and reporting. Oversees management of casualty operations, personnel readiness, awards, evaluations, promotions, postal operations, personnel information, legal administration, sponsorship, and other essential personnel services. Advises Squadron Commander on all personnel related issues. Responsible for the training, health, and welfare of 3 NCOs, and 4 Soldiers. Performs other duties as directed.
