My tasks included data mining for client information from agency data server, development of research methodologies and application of statistical models for outcomes data, as well as apply linear ML models for patient service improvement. Other tasks included the design and evaluation of assessment metrics used to track client outcomes.Collaboration was another key responsibility to ensure the accurate and timely collection of information data. I worked with direct care staff and their supervisors to develop data governance protocols used to efficiently collect program data. I also worked with a multidisciplinary research team that outlined the evaluation and analysis procedures for state-funded programs. I worked on projects with the IT Applications & Development team to develop analytical models for the analysis and visualization of clinical APIs.

I coordinated and managed a public health survey that was distributed yearly across the university. I analyzed 2012-2015 survey data using longitudinal and multivariate statistical techniques, and provided technical reports to the assistant director. I developed a screening tool for college-student behavioral health choices, and used factor analytic methods to quantitatively refine the instrument. Other responsibilities included the administration and evaluation of a psycho-education intervention that prevents risky alcohol consumption among resident college students.

I managed hierarchical cross-sectional and longitudinal data for a federally funded educational intervention program. Assisted the director with formulating and answering research questions pertaining to school-climate and grade-level transitions by synthesizing relevant literature and constructing multivariate statistical models. I worked with an evaluation team to collect and analyze open-ended interview data on the experiences of preschool teachers who utilize the program’s interventions. Qualitative data was examined using text analytics and various coding methodologies.
