* Launch of a bank wide health insurance certification via DocuSign to all active consultants, this measure complied with the internal policy by making sure that consultants had an health coverage in case of being affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result, the certification reached a global completeness rate of 99.79%.* Implementation of electronic signature and automatic filing for more +18K HR agreements that are performed in the USA and Latin America. About 60 departments and 26 countries were involved in this initiative that eliminated the manual signature method, streamlines the hiring processes and reduces operating costs while drastically reducing the carbon footprint by saving more than 500K pages in a year.*Serve as a liaison between HR and departments under the vicepresidency of finances and vicepresidency of sectors across the bank to standardize access to HR documents and promote a data profile that suits needs to every business area. Once pilot in the country office of Peru is completed the solution will be deployed across the region.* Design and implement a new document repository for personnel files, a project that involved the migration of more than 160K records. Gathering of requirements needed close communication with more than 50 HR employees and stakeholders located in Headquarter and Costa Rica.* Lead the Physical Record Digitization Project for HR Files in coordination with the Records Department. A budget of $61K was executed to digitize around 190K pages.* Collaborate with an interdepartmental team to carry out Quarterly Meetings for an audience of more than +100 people, where my role was to provide logistic, content and feedback support. The objective of these meetings is to share with the department the various projects and innovations that are deployed to enhance client experience.

Empowered with my engineering studies I developed an Invoice Management Software that operated intercampus in Nicaragua and Costa Rica. In addition, my skills were expanded to become proficient in the Google For Education products that were suitable in the creation and development of the first classroom for online executive masters.
