I am currently an Independent Senior Financial Advisor and open to engage in new ventures where I can contribute with an ample experience in financial services, capital markets and regulation, in advising to financial and non-financial enterprises.After a successful 8 years trajectory in Analistas Financieros Internacionales, where I ended up being senior partner in charge of financial risk advisory and consultancy services, I joined CaixaBank in 2003, having held there different positions within the Financial, Risk, International and Public Affairs divisions.In my las position at CaixaBank as Corporate Director of Regulatory Public Affairs at CaixaBank I coordinated and executed the influence strategy on new and existing policy options with an intense dialogue with regulators, supervisor and legislators until February 2020.I have been able to acquire a significant and wide experience in Finance and Banking during 17 years at CaixaBank. The positions held allowed me to actively participate in the transformation of the institution that through the crisis was able to become a listed bank, reinforce its capital position and subsequently successfully merged 7 other institutions to finally become one of the leading Banking Franchises in Spain and in the Iberian region after acquiring Banco BPI in Portugal.Over the past years I have been deeply involved in merger processes, Capital Markets operations, internal capital management transactions; all of those with an extensive communication and dialogue with both public authorities and institutional investors
