Chick-fil-A has been what I've known ever since I was able to start working at 16. While starting at Chick-fil-A, I had another job: at a retail store in the mall. That seasonal job only lasted for a short period and Chick-fil-A became my full-time job. 5 Years later, I am the Director of Operations for the front of the house. Over the years, I have learned many skills from customer service, to cash management, to leadership and leadership development. I have gotten to a place where I cannot only just lead my team to success but also find, train, and grow leaders. Chick-fil-A became my second home and is my future. Serving and giving back to the community is what I love to do and I am going to continue to do in my future.
