• Position: Head of Metallurgical Laboratory, Chemical Lab, Water Treatment and Supplier Quality Assessments (SQA). • Department: Quality• Responsibilities: 1.-Contracted for the control of induction and tempering treatments of semi-axles for GM and Nissan.2.-Control of ultrasonic equipment (trained Level 2) and equipment of inspection of magnetic particles.3.-Contracted to control the chemical processes of cooling in the areas of machining of aluminum parts, gray iron, steels, sintered powders and induction treatments, as well as the control of washing machines, distilled water, deoxidized tanks, degreasers and Corrosion inhibitors.4.-Development of new suppliers and chemical products throughout the plant.5.-Control and operation of 2 water treatment plants, one to treat the Water of the process and another to treat the water of bathrooms and dining room (black water).6.- Development of work instructions according to ISO / TS 16949: 2002 and ISO 14000.7. Participant in the implementation of ISO / TS 16949 and ISO 14000 in Moto Diesel Mexicana S.A. Of C.V.8. Member of the ISO 14000 committee for the maintenance of the standard in MDM.9.-Internal auditor of the system ISO TS 16949 and ISO 14000 in MDM.10.-Analysis of technical and safety data sheets of the chemical products used in MDM under the norm NOM-005-STPS-2004.11.- Control the operational process of the metallurgical chemical laboratory in the performance of the test tests.12.-Supplier Quality Assessments of MDM, take control of suppliers of raw material. Scores cards, indicators, quality alerts, DMRS, PPMS, etc.
