Wheatstone Downstream Project - $15BISBL Module Fabrication Yard- Responsible for the steel erection, pipe testing, insulation/coatings/fireproofing, E&I installation and shipment of ISBL process modules with cumulative weight of 320 MT.- Liaised Field Change Design (FCD) process with Contractor and home office engineering when the need for changes driven by structural, piping or plant layout project specification non-conformances were identified.- Leveraged construction and QA representatives to execute weekly walk-downs of modules to verify as-built structural steel erection and connection codes were per Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings.- Optimized the human factors engineering inspection campaign by proactively identifying and repairing non-conformances stemming from design and fabrication errors while working closely with operations and engineering.
