Key Result: Implementation a production sequencing system (APS) at the Metals factory, redesigning the production process for 11k components and 3k finished products. Resulting in a reduction of 30% of working in process inventory.

Reported to: Customer Service Director for South America | Team: 35 people. • Responsible for the aftermarket procurement area (parts and accessories), managing a turnover of US$ 30 million, a base of 500 suppliers and ~ 15k part numbers. • Responsible for developing the sourcing strategy and price negotiation to support the after-sales market following the announcement of production facilities closure in Brazil. Key Achievement: Successfully concluded resourcing negotiations with the 30 main suppliers (with dedicated plants to Ford in Brazil), within a 5-month timeframe (and within budget) following the plant's definitive shutdown.

Reported to: Director of Operations for South America | Team: 150 people. • Member of the steering committee at the main Ford Engine and Transmission site in South America.• Responsible for the logistics operations of 3 factories, comprising production planning and control, supply chain, inventory control, warehousing, and line feeding. • Leadership of bidding processes and negotiation of productivity actions with service providers. • Creation of the “Log Lab” team focused on innovative actions, deployment of new technologies and Data Analytics tools. • Support for HR during labor negotiations aligned with Company strategy. Key Results: 50% cost reduction in logistics operations, through continuous improvement projects and changes to service-hiring strategy. Dashboard design and implementation (Taubleau/ Qlik), automating the main site’s KPIs.

Reported to: Logistics Director for South America | Team: 70 people. • Management of the supply-chain in South America, comprising 400-suppliers and 20k part numbers (local and imported) for 7 factories in Brazil and Argentina. • Importation-flow management, monitoring ocean and air carriers’ performance. • Sourcing decisions on maritime-route bidding through active analysis of cost, transit time and risk comparisons. • Monitoring factories parts’ coverage through a tracking governance that enables a rapid production-risk assessment and definition of containment actions. • Responsible for the supplier base evaluation and development area, focused on strengthening Tier I and Tier II processes. • Inventory Planning Management: budgets, monthly closure, inventory control governance and stock reduction actions. Key Results: Stabilization of supply pipeline, and production-risk reduction by mapping causes and seasonal events responsible for delays in maritime routes, balancing the equation between inventory reduction and risk. Regional inventory reduction: 10%.

Reported to: Logistics Director for South America | Team: 50 people. • Responsible for the production planning of all 7 factories in the region, leading S&OP governance among Sales, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, aiming to build an aligned production / sales program and support monthly financial forecast. • Management of supplier production constraints, and coordination of capacity increase studies. • Responsible for vehicle distribution from factories to the dealership network. • Negotiations with transport companies and logistics providers to implement cost-reduction projects, so as to reach productivity targets (routing, morphology, better use of yards and labor). • Management of vehicle yards: quality control process, management of logistics providers and inventory control. • Management of import and export maritime routes and monitoring fleet-operator performance. • Responsible for the Ford private port terminal at Aratu/BA. Key Results: Vehicle-inventory reduction through improved yard management, resulting in eliminating the need for renting external yards and 60% cost reduction in the area. Improvements to the control process for production restrictions in the supplier base, increasing flexibility and reaction time in attending Sales.
