Inventory Monitoring: Monitor the movement of packaging materials and finished products, ensuring accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing packaging supplies and finished goods.3. Packaging Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of both primary and secondary packaging materials before they are used in the production process to ensure they meet quality standards and are fit for use.4. Machine Operation and Inspection: Operate and oversee the proper functioning of packaging machines, such as coding and shrink machines, ensuring they are well-maintained and in optimal working condition throughout the packaging process.5. Stock Control: Manage and control the inventory of primary and secondary packaging materials, ensuring there is adequate stock and that materials are stored properly to avoid damage or waste.6. Product Storage and Shipment: Oversee the storage of finished cosmetic products in the warehouse, ensuring they are stored under proper conditions and are easily accessible for distribution. Responsible for preparing and coordinating shipments of finished products.7. Delivery Documentation: Prepare and issue delivery notes for all shipments of finished cosmetic products, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders.8. Work Plan Preparation: Develop and implement a detailed work plan for the Packaging Warehouse team, outlining the tasks and processes for handling finished cosmetic products to ensure timely and efficient packaging and distribution.

Production Process Supervision: Oversee and perform comprehensive inspections throughout the entire production process of both solid and liquid cosmetic products, ensuring strict adherence to established procedures and quality standards.2. Quality Testing: Conduct rigorous quality testing on cosmetic products (both solid and liquid forms) in accordance with BPOM RI (Indonesian Food and Drug Authority) standards. This includes physical, chemical, and microbiological testing to ensure product safety and efficacy.3. Batch Record Verification: Review and verify batch record documents to ensure that all production and packaging steps are accurately executed and properly documented, maintaining full traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.4. Stability Testing Inspections: Perform inspections of cosmetic products based on accelerated and long-term stability testing to assess product durability and ensure compliance with established quality benchmarks.5. Quality Assurance for Market Readiness: Ensure that all produced cosmetic products meet the required quality standards, passing internal inspections and preparing them for successful market distribution.

1. Sampling and Quality Testing: Conduct sampling and comprehensive quality testing of cosmetic products (both solid and liquid forms) in accordance with BPOM RI standards. This includes performing physical, chemical, and microbiological tests to ensure products meet regulatory compliance and safety requirements.2. Product Formulation and Improvement: Formulate new cosmetic products or improve existing product formulas while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (CPKB) set by BPOM RI. Ensure that all formulations are developed to maintain product quality, safety, and effectiveness, aligning with industry standards and consumer needs.
