In charge of the formulation and mainstreaming of environmental and climate change public policy for the Transport and Infrastructure sectors, through the formulation of policies, plans, programs, and projects.These activities include the analysis of sector strategies and articulation with the different stakeholders, in order to implement and strengthen public policy on sustainable transportation.• Responsible for defining and implementing the National Mobility Strategy for Zero and Low Emissions, with which the sector plans to reduce 5.7 million tons of CO2.• Responsible for updating and implementing the NDC of the transport sector that was presented by Colombia before the Paris Agreement, together with the formulation of its monitoring, reporting, and verification systems - MRV.• Responsible for the bases and need in the formulation of the National Active Mobility Policy, which proposes to promote an increase of at least 5% in the participation of active mobility in 17 cities of the country.• Plan and formulate the mainstreaming of the gender policy of the transport sector

• Responsible for supporting the Vice Ministry of Infrastructure in the monitoring of projects, as well as in the compilation and preparation of information on the different entities of the sector, in addition to the construction and preparation for the participation in councils and boards of directors in the sector.• Analysis of sector strategies and their articulation with the different stakeholders from different sectors, in order to implement and strengthen public policy on Transportation Infrastructure.• Coordinate the participation of the transport sector in President Duque´s territorial strategy “Talleres Construyendo País”, which meant holding and participating in more than 40 workshops with the community in the national territory, with a special focus on rural areas.

Responsible for supporting DNP's Directorate of Infrastructure and Sustainable Energy, in the monitoring of investment policies, plans, programs, and projects, as well as in the compilation and elaboration of information in the different sectors under the jurisdiction directorate.Analysis of sector strategies and their articulation with the different agents of each sector in order to implement and strengthen the country's public policy.

Responsible for supporting the development of projects assigned to the area of climate change, air quality (AQ&CC), and IT solutions (SIS), developing environmental due diligence processes, on-site environmental evaluations (following ASTM parameters), analyzing the level of compliance, relationship with environmental regulatory entities in different regions of the country, in the hydrocarbon and mining sectors.Also, part of the team responsible for developing IT solutions for environmental management, specifically on water and waste issues for clients in the hydrocarbon sector, using SAP Environmental Compliance (SAP - EC) and SAP Waste Management (SAP - WA).

Responsible for collecting and analyzing the necessary information to generate economic valuation models, develop spatial information using ArcGIS Software, conduct field visits, create relationships with communities, and visit different organizations to negotiate and obtain essential information. Support, design, and select methodologies for the valuation of environmental and non-marketable goods, socialize and implement said valuation methodologies with the communities. These were the responsibilities during the development of the EIA for the Hydroelectric projects of Cañafisto in Antioquia and Piedra del Sol in Santander

Responsible for collecting and analyzing information and supporting generation of economic valuation models for non-marketable goods. Generate spatial information about the study areas.

Responsible for teaching the complementary class to the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Environmental Planning class, emphasizing the learning and application of the ArcGIS tool, as well as solving any questions that students may have.
