Including but not limited to pre-bids meeting, site visits, quantity take offs, proposal preparation, suppliers relations, subcontractors relations (mechanical & electrical), and value engineering.•Project types ranging from all forms of housing complexes in addition to Institutional and Commercial.•Responsible for preparation and evaluation of submittals for the constructions projects.

•Consisting of a remodeling and preparation of 15,000 sf of commercial space, meeting the high standards and quality of FENDI furniture brand.

•2006-2007 – Armonia Walk-Up units was a $22 Millions project consisting of the new construction of 220 residential units in Caguas PR. •2005-2006 – Las Vistas de Gurabo 90 Walk-Up units was a $10 Millions project consisting of the new construction of 90 residential units in Gurabo PR.•2004-2005 – Serenna Walk-Up 198 units was a $18 Millions project consisting of the new construction of 180 residential units.•Responsible for coordinating the daily construction activities as well as supervising and inspecting so that said activities are compliant with the Technical Specifications.•In addition, responsible for subcontractor relations, cost tracking, and contract administration.
