I assembled BPU units by "claneo" and "coiling". I inspected BPU units looking for leaks, bent needles, mold, kinks, other defects. I ensured that the production line (conveyors) is free from materials ("línea clara"). I loaded trays of BPUs. I accomodated units for packaging at the Termo machine. The BPUs are filled with solution and named Adsol, Intersol, Alyx, and Amicus. At the packaging line, I unloaded trays of Intersol, put them on the conveyor, the packaging machine do the wrapping, I took the units one by one to make 2 holes, and then folded them. Next is to fill the box with 12 Intersol units and finish packaging. Similar stages of packaging apply to Alyx, Amicus, and Needle Units. Other duties assigned by the Group Leaders and Supervisors.

Gave advice to farmers regarding agricultural procedures. Designed tools and systems used in the farm. Gave math and science tutorials to high school and college students (algebra, trigonometry, probability, pre-calculus, calculus, geometry, chemistry, physics ).

I developed and executed IQ/OQ Protocols and Summary Reports. I analyzed deviations. I have experience with Investigations (Root Cause Analysis, The 5 Why's), Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA). I reviewed Process Manufacture documents. I knew interpreting P&ID. I learned the basics of manufacturing facilities and reported new findings. I monitored processes. Performed PV and PQ.

Cleaned Fette machines and production equipment (dust collectors, conveyors, pipelines, and floors). Operated Scandia and Schneider equipment. Knew the filler/capper and label machines operation. Followed Good Manufacturing (cGMPs) and Documentation Practices (cGDPs). Worked at Pfizer Global Manufacturing (former Warner-Lambert company), Vega Baja, Puerto Rico.
