Provide competent instruction to students in the areas of Geography, Civics, and World History. Collaborate with school stakeholders to develop and provide adequate and differentiated instruction for all students for academic, behavioral, and standardized testing improvement. Previously served as the school athletic director, PBL (Project Based and Learning) Institute representative, and member of the CILT (Continuous Improvement Leadership Team). Currently serve in diverse capacities such as administrative designee, advisor for the Mu Beta Kappa Male Empowerment program, Boys Track and Field Coach, LDC (Literacy Design Collaborative) Social Studies representative, and Social Studies Department Chair.

Provide oversight and leadership to lead administrative, worship, evangelistic, missionary, discipleship, Christian education initiatives according to the Holy Bible, Baptist distinctive, and Christian doctrine and theology. Provide pastoral counseling to support the religious, emotional, and psycho-social needs of partitioners. Provide and arrange needed special services, including rites, sacraments, and bereavement support. Engage community relations through ministry outreach, evangelism, missions, and collaborative ministry activities with churches and community organizations.

Serve as the staff officer tasked with development and execution of the Command Religious Support Program. Execute presentations regarding suicide prevention, ethics and morality, unit morale, marriage and family counseling, deployment preparation, and spiritual resiliency. Engage worship leadership through expository preaching, public prayer, the public reading of Scripture, and sharing communion. Provide support to bereaving families through pastoral care and counseling, military funerals, memorial services, memorial ceremonies, and graveside/committals. Provided and performed a comprehensive religious support program in Afghanistan serving as the Garrison Chaplain, 207th RSG Chaplain, and Gospel Service Chaplain. Provide training and intervention skills to subordinate personnel and commands for reporting suicide related events through BDE and BN UMTs. Collaborate with CMD Teams to develop major suicide prevention program goals and objectives for the Major Subordinate Commands (MSC). Support the suicide prevention program for both military and civilian members. Support Recommend policy procedures and methodology to commanders to assist in reducing high risk behaviors in association with religious and spiritual support. Coordinate meetings within the army unit and down trace UMT (Unit Ministry Teams) to provide awareness and opportunities for chaplain development and preparation. Provide mentorship to chaplains that are supervised under my leadership. Commence relationships with army clinical hospital staff chaplains and senior chaplains to provide support and educational development in the community for religious/pastoral care services.
