• Create and maintain Terraform and Chef scripts to create and maintain our AWS infrastructure across multiple AZ and regions.• Create and migrated our market data database from our datacenter to AWS using ObjectiveFS and S3 for extremely large, scalable, fault tolerant, cost efficient multi-hosts Linux filesystem.• Create and manage multiple IAM roles and policies using Terraform to manage access and security for users and objects across multiple AWS account• Created scripts to automatically upload to AWS Glacier vaults +5000 of files ranging from 4k to 12GB, using multipart upload. The scripts also automatically generate files which could be use to create download jobs. • Created userdata and chef scripts to automatically join RHEL hosts to the Windows AD domain, setup the proper users access, install and configure the application.• Created scripts to generate AWS inventories reports of EC2 objects and billings in the form of csv files for easy analysis.• Setup and maintain our SAN made of PureStore all flash arrays and MDS fiber switches across 3 sites.• Install and maintain our 3 sites ESX clusters.• Day to day maintenance and support of our Linux and Windows servers.

• Created a cross-site DR process for all our physical Linux and Windows server, where we were able to failover any Trading Application System to the DR site within 5 minutes. OS and data were replicated via 50+ SRDF groups and 12 MirrrorView groups. Using powershell to control the power on and off of the blades across the 2 sites, and to replicate the Network MAC addresses. All of the control was done via command line so that it could be automated.• Design setup and support our cross sites SAN fabrics using 6 Cisco MDS9513 enterprise switches. Which were connected via DWDM, FCIP and portchannels. Using multiple VSAN, NPIV, FC-alias, Dev-alias.• Setup and support 6 Cisco UCS domains with 6248 and 6296 FI, each with 50+ blade servers. Connected to the network with 4 links VPC, and to the SAN with 4 ports fiber F-port-trunking portchannels. All server profiles boot from SAN (Windows/RHEL/ESX) for fault tolerance and scalability.• Design and support the whole life cycle of our RHEL and Solaris servers. Created shell scripts to monitor, manage, patch and generate reports for our 200+ servers. Created RHEL Pacemaker server clusters.• Serve as a lead engineer for our cloud migration to AWS. Created from scratch our own LVM enable EC2 AMI for our RHEL instances. Created scripts to generate cloud reports and manage our instances.• Serve as a lead engineer for creating our AWS cloud infrastructure(IAM roles/policy, VPC security group/DHCP option, EC2 instance/volume/AMI, S3 buckets, Glacier Vaults, etc ..) using Terraform/ AWS CLI and console.• Design and write Chef cookbooks to manage our Linux hosts (Join Windows AD Domain/Setup and manage Applications/ Setup and manage the OS).

• Build and maintain enterprise financial HPUX, Solaris, Linux and Windows servers. These servers range from a single CPU to 64 CPUs nodes.• Design and implement enterprise system monitoring environment using Openview OVO, Toptools and Insight Manager. These systems monitor over 500 UNIX, 35 Windows, and 12 Linux servers across 3 sites. Develop large amount of complex shell scripts to monitor LAN and SAN setup.• Maintain the data warehouse disk environments by designing and implementing the BCV, SRDF and LVM/Veritas striped disk groups. They range from 20 GB to 5 TB in size and 800+ devices with up to 8 SAN paths per devices. Setup and Maintained LUN masking at the HBA level.• Served as the lead engineer in migrating the American Stock Exchange’s primary trading system which ran on 10 SUN E4500 (10 CPUs & 10GB RAM Solaris 8) nodes to 10 HP DL585 Proliant (4 Dual Core Opteron & 16GB RAM RHEL4 U2) running on Linux. The migration components included the Multicast and Unicast LAN connections, Veritas logical volumes to LVM using EMC SAN connections, Oracle 8 to 10g.

• Installed and maintained a 500 GB Oracle 7 ERP. The database is use to maintain the company’s accounting, distribution, trucking, manufacturing and sales systems.• Implemented and maintained the ERP cluster setup using Legato Standby Server product that achieved 98% uptime.• Developed and maintained application module using Oracle Form and Oracle Report. These modules were used by the Sales and manufacturing department to analyzed sales, inventory and transportation of $80 Million annual sales of products• Created PL/SQL scripts to load a 3000 items price tables. Manipulated large amount of batch updates and data load to the database.
