APEX Equipment Operator, assist in all areas of the Concentrate plant. Responsible for coordinating daily production needs with the supervisors and inventory managers in loading/unloading trailers and production work. Assist in operating the plant equipment. Responsible for monitoring material flow and instruments to include temperature and pressure gauges, indicators, and meters. Setting and adjusting machine controls to regulate conditions such as material flow, temperature, and pressureMeasure or weighing materials to be refined, mixed, transferred, stored, or otherwise processed. Unload and prepare ingredients for daily processing. Responsible for the completion of changeovers, CIP’s, cleaning and sanitizing tools/equipment as directed. Operate a variety of equipment to include: Centrifuge Separator, Evaporator, Ultra-Filtration System, Aseptic Filler, Clean in Place EquipmentPerform.

Blend batches per the run scheduled/order for almond milk, yogurt, juices, and etc. Pasteurization process (up to 3 systems simultaneously, CIP and cleaning of equipment)Fill out daily logs, (CIP, batch sheet, pasteurize record/wheel chart, etc.)Data entry into Redzone and Ross SystemKeeping accurate records, track of ingredients and batch sheetsEffectively communicate issues and operations with Plant ManagementAssist Shift Lead and Supervisor as assignedOperate standup forkliftFollow and monitor GMP, HACCP guidelines, Injury & Illness Prevention Program, Food Safety & SOPs proceduresAssist maintenance on PM’s of equipment, rebuild of valves, replace valve gaskets
