• Responsible for overall procurement management of the project.• Develop the Project Procurement Plan and Strategy according ITB.• Develop long lead equipment plan/expediting plan/inspection plan/manpower plan. • Develop all procurement documents templates for the project.• Survey and Pre-qualification suppliers and develop supplier list.• Coordination with procurement coordinators of each project and each discipline.• Coordination with contracts lead, logistics coordinator and project inspection manager for each project.• Supervise procurement personnel and ensure that the procurement is executed in accordance with the aims and requirements of the project.• Resolve all procurement issues proactively.• Interface with client for any procurement issues.• Lead regular reviewing meeting related to procurement and contract.• Prepare and update procurement status reports, weekly and monthly reports and other reports as required.• Coordinate payment application.• Prepare procurement close-out reports.
