Teams managed include: air rifle marksmanship, competition basic and exhibition drill teams, advanced physical fitness (Raider), cyber-defense/cyber security (CyberPatriot), and academic (Brainbrawl) teams.KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:1. Over 100% increase in participation in less than one year (from 70 cadets, to over 150)2. Attrition rate significantly decreased3. Attained Distinguished Unit (top 30% in the nation) in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2023 school years.4. Air Rifle Marksmanship team qualified for Navy Nationals for both 18/19 and 19/20 school years5. This allowed for teams to have universal baseline skills that allowed for smaller teams operate independently for the longer periods of time before specialized staff were required. Network Services Expansion – Addressed the limitations of existing wireless equipment / infrastructure by implementing Adaptive Network Wideband Waveform (ANW2) technology to converge voice and data transmissions onto a single platform. This allowed personnel to operate with fewer restrictions and extended the locations / situations where services could be provided.
