Developed an Android application using the Flutter framework to connect to a embedded device using Bluetooth Low Energy BLE through the GATT API, it served as support for a research project headed by Edna Avella Rodriguez from Universidad del Valle.Collaborated closely with the client to ensure that the application's graphical user interface (GUI) met established requirements and made necessary adjustments to accommodate changes.Integrated Firebase services to manage the database, storing user personal information and contact list data securely.Designed and implemented a service within the application that sends SMS messages including location data obtained from the device's GPS to pre-defined emergency contacts in response to alarm events.Implemented a two-way communication system, allowing users to deactivate alarms from both the mobile application and the embedded device itself, enhancing user convenience and safety.
