Involved in real estate since 1998. I began my career as a mortgage broker; which soon lead me into real estate investing. As a real estate investor I've wholesaled, rehabbed & retailed single family residences, and multi-units as well as rent them.Currently my wife, Sharon Restrepo and I oversee several real estate related companies. 5th Ave Financial Group is the commercial acquisitions arm that provides wealth-creating opportunities to our clients. We seek out large multi-family residences and self-storage facilities in the booming North Carolina, Texas and Florida markets.32 West Realty is our brokerage; which caters to real estate investors as well as providing rehabbed homes to the retail market. Our property management company caters to local, domestic and foreign real estate investors. Restrepo Enterprises is the marketing arm for our real estate companies and it also is the management company for our speaking engagements, product lines and SharonRestrepo.com. Our goals are to continue to expand our businesses via our reputation of providing quality products and services to our customers. We strive to be the source of sound wealth-creating opportunities through investing with us as partners or via syndication projects.Along with my real estate endeavors, I am blessed to serve an awesome God and Savior, to be married to an amazing woman and father to two awesome boys.I also get to serve on the boards of some amazing non-profit organizations.The Caring House Project Foundation - we build self-sustaining villages in Haiti.
