I started my own production company focused on developing and creating original video content. Our first TV show is a 13-episode biopic miniseries that dramatizes the life and career of an Argentine famous singer. Widely acclaimed by the specialized critic and press, it became the second-most viewed TV show in 2018 and was already sold to several free TV channels in Latin America.It is an award-winning TV show with 4 Martin Fierro Awards (the Argentine Emmy) for Best Scripted Episodic Series, Best Actor, Best Director and Revelation Actor.

I successfully created a new business entertainment area in a company that had only been associated with sports – up until then. In charge of this new business unit, I had overall responsibility for its structure, business and strategic plans, budgets and HR matters related to the Scripted and LE Area and the unit’s overall P&L.Since its inception we developed and produced Swindlers, a very successful series for Fox Latin America; we completed the first season of the series Maltratadas, nominated in April 2012 for the Martin Fierro award (ref: a local Emmy award) for best weekly series and winner of Best Scripted Episodic Series for the Florida Media Market and Fund TV. I also produced the Argentine version of the Dutch format The Voice for TV network Telefe, which won over five awards as Best Light Entertainment Show; and the format Raid the cage for Argentina, Uruguay, Peru and an its English pilot for Sony Pictures.

Supervised creative development and on-site production for a variety of Sony Pictures Light Entertainment formats in Latin America, Europe and Asia.

Responsible for all programming for the channel including both acquisitions and production commissions, development and execution of their respective business and strategic plans and budgets. While directly responsible for 80 people, more than 350 employees were under my indirect supervision including those in general production, promotions, press, creative development, budgeting and format sales.

Provided in-country production resources to international broadcasters, studios and independent producers on location in Argentina (e.g. Brazil’s Globo) and represented the STRIX light entertainment catalog in the Southern Cone of Latin America.

Responsible of Fremantle Media Light Entertainment formats in Latin America. Followed up closed format sales with on-site production supervision and overall responsibility for the quality of the finished product.

Responsible for worldwide television sales of all Argentine football (soccer) matches, including those of the national team.
