In this summer position, I was able to lay a strong foundation for myself as a mechanical engineering student. I gained critical experience in operating an industrial cooling site, allowing me to improve my troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities as well as my understanding of process engineering.I was given many opportunities to learn how to use industry-standard tools such as VentSim, Microsoft Office Suite, and AutoCAD. Coordination with multinational teams also helped me to hone my cooperation abilities. This involved attending meetings with clients in the USA and working together with colleagues in South Africa.

Worked as a General Laborer for Netook Construction during my highschool summers. I applied myself in many different tasks ranging from vehicle maintenance to welding and heavy duty machine operation.
