As a mobile expert I provided retail support to customers in the form of sales advice and account management to ensure customers were always receiving the best services at the best price for their cell-phone needs. I applied my knowledge as a tech enthusiast to drive sales and create excitement around the products and services T-mobile offers. During my tenure working for T-mobile I excelled in most sales periods, placing Top Sales Representative in 7 of the 10 months I worked for them. I had no retail experience prior to this.

As the Lead Blast Freezer Operator, I was in charge of coordinating work schedules and priorities based on the company's daily needs. In my role, I communicated with the 3 shifts that operated throughout the day to ensure everyone was aware of the work that needed to be done, as well as the organizational improvements that I made throughout my tenure with the company.Work in the Blast Freezer for this company was hard and I received little support from superiors, so I took initiative to improve working conditions in the freezer. I invented and implemented an inventory management system that ensured the efficient and correct use of the oldest product before new batches were procured. Before I had implemented this method of organization, work in the blast freezer was very difficult and this created a lot of safety issues and inventory discrepancies. Once my system was implemented, work was facilitated and we didn't have as many safety concerns, while inventory discrepancies were eliminated.
