As a Staff Performance Manager, I was responsible for sourcing, interviewing, placing, on boarding, and all other aspects of HR for the employee once they are working thru our company until they get Hired-In. We are responsible to manage the customer, establish relationships, and oversee the operations of our employees from an HR perspective.We serve as VOP (Vendor in Premises or On-site Manager) for our customers and resolve every situation that is not directed to the job itself. Reporting relationship: Branch ManagerPrimary responsibilities:• Call, screen, qualify candidates, on-boarding, and assist them through the recruitment process.• Deal with HR situations: payroll, behavioral issues, harassment, and any other circumstances related to our Resource MFG employees that are not task related. • Set up interviews for temporary and seasonal staff.• Conduct reference checks/drug screens for candidates, as required.• Review quality of job postings and submissions.• Identify candidates and generate pipeline, both active and passive, for approved and intended openings.• Research and identify creative sources beyond commercial databases and traditional postings. Basic Function:The Recruitment Manager is responsible for recruitment operations within their division. Recruiters are responsible for supplying divisional account representatives with qualified candidates to fill open and forecast positions within their division. Job Responsibilities:• Administer the Talent Acquisition strategy, including identifying creative approaches to recruiting support activities• Help hire and build relationships with candidates• Initiate and support job requisitions in the ATS (SuccessFactors), working with HR business partners and recruiters to ensure specs are complete during the needs assessment phase of the recruiting life cycle• Maintain/update candidate records in the ATS (SuccessFactors)• Provide first-level end user ATS support for the Talent Acquisition team• Upload, maintain and track job postings• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, making travel arrangements for candidates as needed• Manage office visits, including troubleshooting and coordinating on-site logistical elements• Work closely with recruiters to manage all aspects of electronic candidate files• Schedule post-interview debrief sessions between hiring manager/HR business partner/recruiter• Interact with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure a successful on-boarding experience• Track new hire on-boarding process through start date• Interface with internal resources and outside vendors regarding pre-employment requirements, including background investigations and drug tests• Help to plan and execute recruiting events• Build and maintain key databases, such as diversity organizations/partnerships, professional organizations, agency partners• Assist with building a HARMAN Recruiter Toolkit• Contribute knowledge and promote a knowledge-sharing culture• Maintain professional knowledge and experience; build functional and/or technical knowledge and skills as necessary and keep up-to-date with recruiting developments• Identify opportunities for improving both client and candidate experience and scheduling efficiency; make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence
