•Active Directory: Server 2008, 2012, and 2022: This is a centralized database that manages user accounts and permissions on a Windows network.•Windows 7, Windows 10, and 11: You have experience with the Windows operating system, which includes desktop and laptop computers.•Group Policy: This is a tool used to manage and configure user and computer settings on Windows machines.•Office 365: This is a cloud-based productivity suite that includes applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.•Azure: This is a cloud computing platform that provides a range of services, including virtual machines, storage, and networking.•Intune: This is a cloud-based mobile device management solution that allows you to manage and secure devices such as smartphones and tablets.•Zscaler: This is a cloud-based security platform that provides web and mobile security, data protection, and threat intelligence.•Mimecast: This is a cloud-based email security and archiving solution that helps to protect against spam, malware, and other email-borne threats.•Artic Wolf: This is a cloud-based cybersecurity platform that provides threat detection, response, and managed security services.•CrowdStrike: This is a cloud-based endpoint protection platform that helps to protect against malware, ransomware, and other threats.•Meraki: This is a cloud-managed IT infrastructure solution that includes networking, security, and endpoint management.•Barracuda Firewall: This is a hardware or virtual appliance that provides network security by controlling access and monitoring traffic.•8X8 phone system: This is a cloud-based phone system that provides unified communications capabilities, such as voice, video, and messaging.Configuring and maintaining network hardware such as servers, routers, firewalls, and switches, ensuring they function correctly and securely.Troubleshooting various network issues such as connectivity problems, hardware or software malfunctions, and security breaches, responding quickly to minimize downtime and ensure the smooth running of the network.Designing and implementing network infrastructure that is optimized for performance and security, considering the organization's size, number of devices and users, and, side-to-side VPNs.Overall responsibility:Ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operations of the organization's computer networks, including 20 Training Fund sides (SWMSCTF) plus CSAC side, which includes 157 Meraki devices, over 1100 Apple devices, 2 Barracuda Firewalls, 280 Windows devices, and over 200 users.
