As a recent graduate from Louisiana State University with a BS in Sports Management, I have a passion for sports and project management, and a strong background in operations and customer service. I have gained valuable experience as an Athlete and Operations Professional at Nike and Pine Cove.In my most recent role at Pine Cove, I supported the operations team in managing the facilities, equipment, and logistics of the camp, ensuring the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of the guests and staff. At Nike, I worked with the sales team in executing day-to-day retail service operations, ensuring the delivery of premium service and the smooth functioning of the store. I also managed inventory control and back-of-house operations, ensuring accuracy and organization of stock. In both roles, I demonstrated my skills in facilities project management, visual merchandising, and retail, as well as my ability to work effectively with diverse teams, communicate clearly, and solve problems creatively.
