Juan is a climate resilience and impact investing leader, with a passion for the environment, community development, social resiliency, and regenerative agriculture. He is currently a Business Specialist at Pomona Impact, where he plans, executes, and monitors investment readiness programs for renewable energy and food system companies in Latin America.He is also the co-founder of Regenera Consulting, an agroforestry consulting firm that designs and implements agricultural solutions for commercial production and food security projects in rural communities across the region. He has co-authored a report on regenerative projects for the Ibero-American Summit, and has been a speaker at COP 25 on regenerative agriculture and agroforestry.Juan is pursuing his Master's degree in Sustainable Finance at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, specializing in Development and Green Finance. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business from the University of Calgary, and has completed the Global Competitiveness Leadership Program at Georgetown University. He has multiple certifications in human-centered design, agroforestry systems, and forest garden training.
